Counselling in Southend
More and more people are turning to Talking Therapies such as counselling or psychotherapy to help them deal with issues that are troubling them. Today, mental health is taken as a serious issue and looking after your own mental health should be one of your top priorities.
My name is Michael and I completed my postgraduate training with the NHS at the highly regarded Inter-Psyche Institute for counselling and psychotherapy. From my private therapy room in Westcliff, near the Cliffs Pavilions, I provide counselling services and psychotherapy for clients from Southend and throughout Essex.
I use an integrative approach to therapy, but I don’t want to bog you down unnecessarily with technical jargon. If you would like to know more about my mode of therapy then please refer to my THERAPY page.
I can help You with …
Anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, bereavement & loss, relationship problems, PTSD – all these and more I can help you with. I also worked for several years at Family Matters and have extensive experience counselling and supporting adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and rape – both men and woman.
Whatever it is that is disturbing you, causing you mental anguish or stopping you from enjoying your life to its full potential, I can help. I can offer you a safe and non-judgemental space to listen to your unique story and work with you to find the answers and solutions that you need.
